Ashley Boehler
Co-Owner, ISSA-CPT
Hey guys, I’m Ashley! After falling in love with fitness myself, I started helping other women become more comfortable in the gym while pursuing their goals. Since then, I have competed in bodybuilding competitions and continued furthering my education on nutrition and strength training.

Every seasoned athlete knows you have to start somewhere. The gym has always been my happy place and therapeutic to physical and mental health, so it only made sense to commence an atmosphere for everyone to feel the same. Whether your goal is to become competitive, or live a long and fulfilling life, Findlay Barbell is here for you.

Courtney deVaudreuil
NASM-CPT, Functional Nutritionist, Educator
Hey FBB, I’m Courtney! I’m a NASM- CPT, Nutrition Specialist, Wellness Coach, and Educator with a huge passion for teaching. As a past athlete, coaching came naturally and I cannot begin to describe how rewarding it is to change the lives of others every day both in and out of the gym.
Inside the gym, I help women regain confidence in themselves and their abilities through resistance training. Outside the gym, I help women feel their best inside and out by repairing hormones and metabolism with a root-cause nutritional approach. Whether women work with me on one or the other or both, we have a damn good time doing it!
My program is focused on wholesomeness. Wholesome health and wellness is more than physical wellness, and it all starts with what and how we eat, and what we expose ourselves to mentally and emotionally. In order to create a life you love, you must develop healthy habits physically, mentally, and emotionally. It all ties together, and it all begins with YOU.
Together, I will help you overcome your biggest fears and anxieties around becoming wholesomely healthy. We will spend time pushing you outside of your comfort zone. We will spend time making you uncomfortable. The magic is in believing in and trusting the process.

I look forward to meeting you!

Frank Bugner
NASM-CPT
Hey FBB Fam, my name is Frank Bugner. I am a certified personal trainer through The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I am also an active competitor in the Men’s Physique Division in the National Physique Committee (NPC).
I am here to motivate, inspire, train, educate and guide you to reaching your fitness goals. Finding the joy and passion in being active and working towards a healthier life is one of the best things you can do for you.
I graduated from the National Personal Training Institute of Southern California in 2021 earning a diploma in Personal Training. Additional diplomas include:
• Health Coach Specialist (Nutrition & Weight loss)
• Lifespan Specialist (Youth and Senior fitness)
• Corrective Exercise Specialist (Solutions for dysfunctions and muscle imbalances)
• Performance Enhancement Specialist (Athletic performance/ Advanced techniques)
My love for fitness began at a young age, I played organized sports growing up and was a 3 sport athlete in H.S. (Football, Basketball and Track & Field). I initially got into weight lifting and bodybuilding after partying way too much when I was 21. I needed a change and the gym completely turned my life around. The bodybuilding lifestyle showed me that we are way more capable of achieving things that we may have once imagined. I did my first show in 2005 and loved it.
I am a sponsored athlete with Evogen Nutrition and have been with them since 2015. I’ve been coached by Kim Oddo (Body By O) since 2014. Having Hany Rambod (Founder of Evogen Nutrition) and Kim Oddo as my mentors in the sport of bodybuilding, I’ve implemented their style of training as staple in mine.

Maddie Alexander
ACSM-CPT
Hey Findlay Barbell Fam! My name is Maddie Alexander, I am currently a Junior at the University of Findlay studying Strength and Conditioning with a Coaching minor. I am also on the track and field team where I am a heptathlete, which means I do seven different events! It’s a lot of hard work, but I wouldn’t want it any other way. I have been competing in track and field for 9 years, and I was also a competitive gymnast for 12 years. I love working with athletes and finding unique ways to make someone better at their sport. I am originally from Cleveland, Ohio, and I completed my ACSM personal training course and I am currently taking personal training and strength and conditioning courses through NSCA at the University of Findlay.
I have been involved with personal training for 4 years and I will work with you to build a program with your goals and health in mind. I am extremely passionate about learning everything I can about exercise and what it can do for different types of people with all different types of goals. I am constantly learning, researching, and testing new ideas (mostly with myself as the guinea pig!). My goal is to help you reach your goals in the quickest and healthiest way possible. I love watching people reach their personal goals even more than I love hitting my own goals on the track!
